Do you ship Internationally?

Currently we only operate in the UK but hoping to expand and ship internationally in the future.

 

Do you sell EMPIREGIRL products at other retailers?

Not at the moment. All products are exclusive to our online store.

 

Which courier do you use?

Currently RoyalMail signed for delivery. 

 

How often do you restock?

Currently we try to restock every month, but this varies depending on product availability and current situation with COVID19.

 

I’ve placed an order, can I change it?

Yes you can, we have a 14-day refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused/unopened in its original packaging. 

 

When will I receive my package?

Within 3-5 working days. However, times may vary due to the issues relating to COVID19 and government orders. We must currently comply with the recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines. Processing times may be extended during holidays and busy periods too.

Can I track my order?

You can track your order once you’ve received an email from us to say your package is ready to be dispatched. Please bare in mind your order could arrive in the evening. If not, the courier will leave a card with further details.
